Bookmakers favour Real Madrid to win the latest instalment of this matchup at 1.40 odds.
Olympiakos are dark horses, according to bookmakers, to win the 2024 EuroLeague Basketball tournament with 18bet listing them at 6.60 odds in the outright betting. Despite this, they have shown character in this postseason and could spring a surprise in the last four.
The Reds overcame a 2-1 deficit to oust FC Barcelona in the playoffs, winning the decider on the road.
Having upset one Spanish team, Olympiakos could perhaps repeat the feat in the Final Four. They are 2.85 odds underdogs to upset Real Madrid in Berlin.

Panathinaikos, back in the Final Four for the first time since 2012, are at 3.50 odds to win the tournament. They finished second in the regular season and defeated Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv in a five-game playoff series to reach this stage.
Their semi-final opponents, Fenerbahce, are priced at 5.50 odds to win the 2024 EuroLeague Basketball tournament.
This will be only the second postseason meeting between Panathinaikos and Fenerbahce. The latter swept the Greens in the 2017 playoffs en route to their only EuroLeague crown.
Both teams battled through gruelling five-game series to reach this point, making this matchup a toss-up according to the betting odds. The team, less worse for wear, would probably go on to make the final.
Panathinaikos are slight favourites at 1.81 odds, while Fenerbahce are priced at 1.96 odds to win this semi-final.
